File with the "Antigen wise" and "FIC" sheets. A file with only the Antigen wise sheet also works, but then the target-based slides (FIC %, MR %, Penta 1 gap) are not created. Sheet names do not matter; each sheet is identified from its report heading.
Last year's PCTS file up to the same month (same format). This adds "Difference in Coverage (last year vs this year)" to the dashboard and the PPT. Districts that were later split in two (e.g. Jodhpur I + II) are combined and compared with last year's single district. Include the FIC and Live Birth sheets in the last-year file as well: then last year's coverage % is worked out against last year's own target and live births. With only the Antigen wise sheet, the comparison uses numbers of children and this year's target.
If not ticked, the last-year comparison is left out of the dashboard and the PPT.
Columns: S.No | District | Category (GAVI / Non GAVI). When uploaded, the dashboard and both PPTs include a GAVI vs Non-GAVI comparison, and the dashboard can be filtered to GAVI or Non-GAVI districts only.
